the following York County Ballet members who are receiving the Doris S.
McClellan Scholarship for 2008: Taylor Burnette, Katie Dobrowski, Jamie
Scott and Jessica Tillman.
Congratulations
to the following students who have been
selected by audition for summer intensive dance programs:

Jessica Miller will attend the
American Ballet Theater Summer Intensive in New York.

Kelsey Nyman will attend the
Joffrey Ballet Summer Intensive in New York.

Bethany Brown, Krysten Guyton,
Lucy Russell and Hannah Williams have been accepted to attend the
South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts Humanities Summer
Program in Dance in Greenville, South Carolina.

Sarah McCain Grant has been
accepted to the residential programs in dance at the South Carolina
Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities in Greenville, South
Carolina for the 2008-2009 academic year.

Victoria Melvin will attend
the Caroline Colushe and Company Broadway Dance Theater Workshop
with Ann Reinking in Santa Fe, New Mexico and the North Carolina
Dance Repetory Ensemble.

Baylee Brown, Brooke Brabham,
Sarah McCain Grant, Hanna Maghsoud, Holley Rowland, Katy Russell and
Grayson Waataja will attend Winthrop University's ST-Arts program in
dance; in addition, Corey Drennon will attend in drama.
